LifePilot AI Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Terms" or "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and LifePilot AI (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply in addition to the Apple App Store and Google Play standard terms applicable to your use of the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your own lawful, personal or professional administrative purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the App beyond what these Terms allow.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Auto-Renewal
LifePilot AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The available plans are:
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews for the same plan and price for each successive period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end.
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may vary by region and applicable taxes. Prices may change for future renewal periods; we will inform you in advance where required by law.
4. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you have full access during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will start automatically and the applicable price will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds for store purchases; please contact the relevant store for any billing or refund matter.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the App in any way that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.
7. AI-Generated Content & No Professional Advice
LifePilot AI uses artificial intelligence to read documents and generate summaries, suggestions, replies and translations. This output may contain errors and is provided for general informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifePilot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limitations) will continue to apply.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For any questions about these Terms, contact us:
